Two Bald Eagles sittin' in a tree

Two Bald Eagles sittin' in a tree ... NorthEast PA 12/1/22. On my first day here I went outside to look what the sunset situation was going to be. I ended up noticing a couple white spots across the lake and thought "Hmmm... could it be?" and brought out my telephoto lens to look. Sure enough, it was two Bald Eagles in a tree. Score one for these 50 year old eyes which were able to spot them at a distance of 2,000' (yes, spotted them with my naked eyes). Of course the bright white heads help ... Anyway, I hope to get some better shots during my stay here, but I was still very excited to see them, and felt it was a really nice "welcome home".
