Humpback Whales 6/3/23
I’m slowly working my way through my backlog of whale photos. I have more from this day, but this group includes my favorites of the “headshots”. There’s some fun bird action in there too. It was a great day for whale photography at the pier. There were at least six of them and they were fairly active. They also came close to the pier on several occasions. Photo9 may look like I chose a slightly odd cropping, but that’s because it’s not cropped. There were four shots before that one, which had the heads cut off because I couldn’t get the whole thing in frame.
