Turkey Vulture 3/3/24

It feels like forever since I’ve been out on a walk with my camera. Looking at my catalog, it’s been over a month, which for me is a long time. So I went out for a walk around Mori. The weather was reasonably nice when I started, so I rolled the dice and left the rain coat at home. Not a great choice, but I didn’t let it cut my walk short. The first resident to greet me was this Turkey Vulture. It’s been a long time since I’ve taken any Turkey Vulture shots. They’re always around, but are often soaring pretty high, so I typically don’t bother. But this one was a lot lower and closer, and provided a few nice poses and backgrounds.
