Whimbrel Dispute
Whimbrel dispute 4/23/23 Sharp Park Beach. I posted some Whimbrel flight shots earlier, now here are some fun shots of a pair that were having a bit of a territorial dispute. It started when one of them got a sand crab (photo5), at which point the other one charged him and tried to get it away. After that, the two kept going after each other any time they got close or one went digging for another crab.
