Fast Willy 8/20/24
I went out this morning to take some photos of the moonset over the ocean, when a whale lunged right in front of me. I suspected, based on the lunge style, that it was Fast Willy again. I dashed back home to get my big lens and came back out. It was indeed Fast Willy. There were three other whales between the pier and Mori Point, but only Fast Willy was coming in really close to shore and also close to the pier. He didn’t stay around very long this time, but I did manage a couple shots of him.
