Sunset 12/17/24
Tonight Mother Nature decided to take pity on me and she came to me. I was sitting in my office working, lamenting the fact I didn’t have the time to go for a walk on this beautiful evening. Then a Red-tailed Hawk came and perched on the light pole right in front of me. I grabbed my camera and zipped up to the roof and got some nice closeups. I went back to my office and returned to work. From the other room I heard my wife call out “hey boys! Check out the sky!” I didn’t bother to look, I grabbed my camera and zipped back up to the roof. It was a beauty. Thank you Mother Nature!
